Return & Exchanges

We are happy to except refunds within 28 days however you must notify us within 7 days if the product is faulty. Due to hygiene reasons we will not accept refunds of unwanted goods, only if they appear faulty or damaged. They must be unused and unopened. Otherwise, we will not accept the return.

In order to raise a refund ticket you will need to inform us by email within 7 days of purchase, by emailing

 explaining the reason/s for your return. We will then supply you with our returns address to post the parcel to. Once received we will process the refund within 3-5 working days if the cause for the refund is accepted.  Refunds can take up to 7 working days to appear in your account, however on average they take 2-3 days once processed.

All returns/ exchanges will require the purchaser to provide proof of purchase. Please ensure this is sent with the return. The item remains your responsibility until it reaches us, we advise you to send recorded, tracked, or insured up to the value of the item. If the return is shown to be our error we may decide to refund your returns costs if you keep proof of receipt. If the item is not returned or is misplaced we will not be able to return any funds.
